Day Plan - Charming Kerala

Day Day 1 ARRIVE COCHIN; TRANSFER TO MUNNAR:

Our representative will receive you at cochin airport and you will be directly transferred to Munnar. Reach Munnar and check into the resort . Rest of the time to relax. Overnight stay

Day Day 2 MUNNAR:

Munnar is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale, Munnar is 1600 Meter above sea level. This majestic hill station was once the summer resort of the British government in South India. Sightseeing in Munnar - Mattupetty Dam, Kundale Lake, Echo point. Back to the hotel for overnight stay

Day Day 3 MUNNAR – THEKKADY:

After breakfast checkout from hotel and drive to Thekkady, on arrival check in to the hotel. Proceed for Spice plantation tour. Later in the evening, proceed for Boating in Lake Periyar ( part of conducted tour). Back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day Day 4 THEKKADY - ALLEPPEY:

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Alleppey ‘ the popular backwater paradise of kerala ‘ . Reach Alleppey with in 4 hours. Check into the resort. Later in the evening ,opt for 3 hours motor boat cruise ( payable direct) to explore the backwaters ,lush coconut lagoons, never-ending paddy fields, narrow canals . Back to the hotel for overnight stay

Day Day 5 ALLEPPEY – KOVALAM:

After breakfast checkout from hotel and drive to Kovalam, on arrival check in to the hotel. Proceed for local Sightseeing (if time permits) else day at leisure or own activities and overnight stay at Kovalam.

Day Day 6 KOVALAM ; TRIVANDRUM CITY TOURKOVALAM ; TRIVANDRUM CITY TOUR:

Full day trip of Trivandrum City. Visit Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Horse Palace, Napier Museum, Sree Chitra Art Gallery etc., Back to the hotel . Evening to explore Kovalam beaches. Overnight stay

Day Day 7 KOVALAM – TRIVANDRUM DROP:

After check out from the Hotel and drive to Trivandrum Airport for your flight / train back home, feeling contented about a wonderful holiday you spent in the Gods Own Country.

Inclusions

  1.  Accommodation in the above-mentioned hotels or similar in base category rooms
  2. Breakfast & Dinner included in all hotels
  3. Transportation Service using AC Sedan Car, AC Innova , Ac Traveler respectively
  4. Transport Cost inclusive of Driver Bata, Night Halt, and Parking & Toll.
  5. Standard Service time of the Driver and Vehicle will be from 08 AM to 07 PM.

Exclusions

    1. Flight & Rail tickets
    2. Lunch and /or beverages, other than those mentioned in the inclusions
    3. Assistance service on arrival / departure / hotels.
    4. Monument & Sightseeing Entrance Fee anywhere
    5. Camera Charges, Activity Fees & all other expenses which are in personal nature.
    6. Guide, Tour Escort (Can be provided up on request with extra Charges).
    7. Boat Ride, Joy Ride, Plantation visits, Trekking Etc.
    8. Early Check in/ Late Checkout & Any Extra Meals.
    9. Any other item not specified in cost inclusions
    10. Expenses of personal nature such as table drinks, Water bottles, snacks, telephone calls,
    11. laundry, camera fees, tips to drivers, local guides, and hotel staff…etc.
    12. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like flight delayed or canceled, landslides,
    13. roadblocks... etc to be borne by the client directly on the spot
    14. Any other item which is not specified under cost inclusions
    15. Any entrance fee to the monastery and monuments
    16. Travel Insurance Or Any Covid Test Fees
    17. Any item, activity, or facility other than clearly mentioned within the inclusions & itinerary above
    18. 5% GST will be charged on the above package cost.

Payment Terms

In addition to the cost of booking as charged by the Service Providers, MMT reserves the right to charge certain fees in the nature of convenience fees or service fees. MMT further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time. Any such additional fees, including fee towards any modifications thereof, will be displayed to the User before confirming the booking or collecting the payment from such User.

Any increase in the price charged by MMT on account of change in rate of taxes or imposition of new taxes, levies by Government shall have to be borne by the User. Such imposition of taxes, levies may be without prior notice and could also be retrospective but will always be as per applicable law.

The User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the service, as per the applicable laws

Cancelation Policy

During the booking process, select ‘ZERO Cancellation’ option by paying an additional fee of Rs. 99/- per passenger & enjoy ZERO penalty in case you wish to cancel the booking.

Complete amount paid at the time of booking, except for the ZERO Cancellation charges will be refunded to customers account.
